Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to any paid features or services offered by AvenCheer Technologies, such as premium cheer submissions, promotional placements, or event-specific packages, if and when they are introduced.

2. No Refund for Submitted Cheer Content

Once voice or video content has been submitted or purchased as part of a paid feature, it cannot be cancelled and is generally not eligible for a refund, even if it does not appear in a stadium/event or broadcast due to moderation or event decisions.

3. Technical Issues

In the event of a confirmed technical failure on our side that prevents the use of a paid feature, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or credit.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

If you believe a duplicate payment or error has occurred, you must notify us within a reasonable time (for example within 10 minutes or as event rules allow). Approved cases may receive a refund or credit.

5. Event or Stadium/Event Changes

We are not responsible for event cancellations, stadium/event operational decisions, or broadcast decisions. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, offer credits for future use instead of cash refunds.
